Packages include lodging, full breakfast, scheduled starting times with
unlimited daily green fees at the same course, cart for 18 holes and taxes.
Packages are based on double occupancy. Single occupancy is available at an
additional rate of $15.00 per person per night. Call for non-golfer rates.
Golf Package reservations for all motels are booked directly through the
golf office.

| Deposits
and Payments |
A deposit of $25.00
per person is due upon booking. Final payment is due upon
arrival. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Diners, American
Express and Discover. Golfers must register at the Golf
Office, located in the Lunn House behind Young's Plantation Inn
before checking into the motel. However, if you arrive
after the golf office closes, go directly to the motel, they will be expecting
you. |
| Rainchecks |
If course is closed due to
inclement weather, we will be happy to refund your course fees. In the event of rain and the course remains open, you are expected to play
... or you may be issued a rain check or given a merchandise credit to
be used in the pro shop. THIS IS AT THE TOTAL DISCRETION OF THE COURSE.
NO
REFUNDS will be issued on your room when departing
earlier than planned, emergencies are the exception. |
| Cancellations |
The Golf Office must receive
notice of cancellation ONE FULL WEEK prior to
your scheduled arrival date in order for you to receive a full
refund. It will be the group leader's monetary responsibility
for any no-shows. Changes to your packages are anticipated, we do ask
you to limit them to 2 weeks prior to arrival. Tee time changes require
72 hour notice and are at the discretion of the course. |
| Replays |
Replays are booked at the golf course on a space
available basis. Guaranteed replays may be booked through the golf
office for an additional fee. |
| Dress
Code |
Golf courses will not allow tank tops, cut
off jeans or tennis shorts on course. Casual or sports attire is
generally worn during day and evening.
SHIRTS WITH COLLARS ARE REQUIRED.
NON-METAL SPIKES ARE
REQUIRED ON ALL COURSES. |
